When this error appears, the washing machine’s control board has usually detected that the hot water valve is not operating correctly, which could mean it failed to open, failed to close, or that there is an electrical fault (an open circuit) in the valve component itself.

Initial Troubleshooting Steps

Before scheduling a service appointment, it is essential to perform two primary checks to rule out external supply issues, as the control board sometimes registers a low pressure fault as a valve failure.

1. Verify Water Supply Connection
